Working with us
Who is Primora Studio?
Primora Studio is a digital studio based in Pune, India, founded in 2020. We design, build and care for websites, web applications and brands for clients worldwide.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We work remotely with clients around the world and schedule calls to suit your time zone.
Who will I be working with?
One point of contact manages your project from start to finish, backed by the specialists your project needs.
Can you work with our in-house team or another agency?
Yes. We regularly slot into existing teams, from design-only to full builds.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, on request, before you share anything confidential.
How do I start a project?
Fill in the short form on our contact page or email hello@primorastudio.com. We reply within one working day and book a 30-minute discovery call.
What are your working hours?
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm IST. We schedule calls to suit your time zone.
Do you build online stores?
Yes. We build ecommerce websites on WooCommerce, and on Webflow for smaller catalogues.
Payments and timelines
How do payments work?
50% upfront to start the project, and 50% on completion.
Is the discovery call free?
Yes. The 30-minute discovery call and the written estimate that follows are free, with no obligation.
Which currency will I be invoiced in?
It depends on where you're based. We invoice in the currency that suits your location.
How long does a typical project take?
Marketing websites usually take 2-3 weeks to complete. Web applications depend on the scope and complexity, and we agree a timeline during scoping.
Ownership and technical
Who owns the website?
You do. Code, designs, content, domain and accounts are all yours once the project is paid.
Which platforms do you build on?
We design in Figma and build on WordPress, WooCommerce, Webflow and Framer, or with fully custom code. We recommend the platform that fits your team and goals.
Do you provide hosting?
Yes, through our Hosting and Security service. You're also free to host elsewhere.
What happens after launch?
You can maintain the site yourself with our training, or we can look after it through our Website Maintenance service.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. We build editable layouts, train your team and leave written documentation, whichever platform you choose.
Do you redesign existing websites?
Yes. We plan redesigns around your existing content and rankings, with a full 301 redirect map so you keep the search traffic you've earned.
Search, AI and accessibility
Is SEO included in a website build?
Technical SEO foundations are included in every build. Ongoing SEO, content and GEO are a separate service.
Can you help my business appear in ChatGPT or Google AI Overviews?
Yes. That's GEO: we make your business easy for AI assistants to find, understand and cite.
Are your websites accessible?
Yes. Every build targets WCAG 2.2 AA (opens in a new tab), the current international accessibility standard, and we audit and fix existing sites too.
How long does SEO take to show results?
Technical fixes can show results within weeks. Content and authority usually take three to six months to build meaningful momentum.
Do you offer ongoing SEO?
Yes. Our SEO, AEO and GEO service covers technical fixes, content and monthly reporting, on a rolling basis.
