07′ Care · Web Accessibility

Websites everyone can use.

Web accessibility audits, remediation and ongoing monitoring to WCAG 2.2 AA, so your site works for every visitor and stands up to scrutiny.

Overview

Web accessibility reaches one in six people. Every one a potential customer.

An estimated 1.3 billion people, about 1 in 6 worldwide, live with significant disability (WHO fact sheet, opens in a new tab). If your website doesn't work with a keyboard, a screen reader or zoomed text, you're turning many of them away.

Accessibility is also a legal expectation in a growing number of markets, including under the ADA in the US, the European Accessibility Act in the EU, and the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 in India. This page is general information, not legal advice.

Approach

How it works.

  1. 01′

    Audit

Automated scans plus manual testing with real assistive technology.

  2. 02′

    Report

Every issue ranked by impact, with the WCAG criterion it fails.

  3. 03′

    Remediate

We fix the issues, or guide your developers through them.

  4. 04′

    Verify

    Re-testing confirms each fix.

  5. 05′

    Monitor

Ongoing checks so new content doesn't undo the work.

No overlays

No overlays. Real fixes.

Overlay widgets promise one-line compliance. They don't fix the underlying code, and many people who rely on assistive technology find they get in the way. We fix the source, so your site is accessible by design rather than by plugin.

What is WCAG 2.2 AA?

WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) is the international standard for web accessibility. Level AA is the conformance level most laws and policies reference.

Can you make my website ADA compliant?

There is no official ADA certification for websites. WCAG AA conformance is the benchmark most commonly used, and that's the standard we remediate to and document.

Are automated tools enough?

No. Automated tools catch only part of the problem. Keyboard and screen reader testing by a person finds the issues that matter most to real users.

How long does an audit take?

Around 2-3 days for a standard 5-10 page website. Larger sites take longer and are sampled by page template.

Do you work white-label for agencies?

Yes. We deliver audits and remediation under your brand.
